WILL WE KNOW EACH OTHER IN HEAVEN?
One of the most common questions believers ask is: “Will I recognize my loved ones?” Jack’s answer is a resounding YES! Here’s the biblical proof:
- 🔹 The Transfiguration (Matthew 17:1-9): Peter, James, and John had never seen portraits of Moses or Elijah (images were forbidden under the Law), yet they recognized them instantly! Why? Because glorified bodies carry divine recognition.
- 🔹 Omniscience in Glory (1 John 3:2): “When He appears, we shall be like Him.” We’ll share in Christ’s omniscience—knowing as we’re known (1 Cor. 13:12).
- David’s Promise (2 Samuel 12:23): After his infant son died, David declared, “I shall go to him.” He didn’t say, “I’ll meet a stranger”—he knew he’d reunite with his child!
Jack emphasizes: “We will know and love one another when Jesus calls us home!” Your relationships aren’t erased—they’re perfected!
THE BEMA SEAT: RECEIVING YOUR CROWNS
Before the Marriage of the Lamb, every believer stands before the Bema Seat of Christ (2 Cor. 5:10). This is NOT condemnation—it’s evaluation of our service! Jack taught:
- 🔸 For Believers Only: “We must all appear… to receive the things done in the body” (2 Cor. 5:10). This is about rewards, not salvation!
- 🔸 Ashamed but Saved: Some will stand ashamed (1 John 2:28) because of unconfessed sin or wasted opportunities—but they’re still saved “as by fire” (1 Cor. 3:15)!
- 🔸 Five Crowns to Earn:
- 🏆 Crown of Life (James 1:12) – For enduring trials
- 🏆 Crown of Righteousness (2 Tim. 4:8) – For loving His appearing
- 🏆 Crown of Glory (1 Pet. 5:4) – For faithful shepherding
- 🏆 Crown of Rejoicing (1 Thess. 2:19) – For winning souls
- Incorruptible Crown (1 Cor. 9:25) – For self-discipline
Jack’s passion: “Wouldn’t it be wonderful to lay five crowns at Jesus’ feet?” This judgment purifies us for the Marriage of the Lamb!
THE MARRIAGE SUPPER & 1,000-YEAR REIGN
After the Bema Seat, the Church becomes the Bride of Christ! Jack corrected misconceptions:
- ✨ The Bride is the Church: “The marriage of the Lamb is come, and His wife hath made herself ready” (Rev. 19:7). Fine linen = righteousness of saints!
- ✨ Marriage in Heaven, Supper on Earth: The marriage occurs in heaven; the supper happens on earth after Christ returns with His saints (Jude 14; Rev. 19:14)!
- ✨ The Millennium is REAL: Matthew 24 ends the age of grace; Matthew 25 begins the 1,000-year kingdom (Rev. 20:4)! “Come, inherit the kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world” (Matt. 25:34)!
- ✨ Earth Restored, Not Destroyed: “The restitution of all things” (Acts 3:21)! Christ doesn’t annihilate earth—He remodels it! Randy Alcorn’s The New Earth confirms: Messiah restores earth to live with us forever!
⚔️ ARMAGEDDON & THE RESTORATION OF EARTH
Jack addressed end-times timelines with precision:
- 🔥 Russia’s War Timing: Ezekiel 39:9 says weapons burn for 7 years—but this happens AFTER Christ returns! The war occurs mid-tribulation (Dan. 9:27), after the peace covenant is broken!
- 🔥 Earth’s Restoration Takes Time: Revelation 8:7 shows a third of earth burned! Christ doesn’t snap His fingers—He restores gradually! “He shall judge… then they’ll beat swords into plowshares” (Isa. 2:4; Micah 4:3)!
