Friends and watchmen of Divine Timing, tonight we are not just reading prophecy. We are investigating a crime scene. A cosmic crime scene. And the clues are screaming at us.

Revelation chapter 6. The seven seals are being broken. The four horses are saddled and ready to ride. Jerusalem is trembling. And the question we must answer is: What triggered this?

To understand Revelation 6, we have to investigate what the Bible said was coming. Then it will make sense. Because this isn’t random chaos. This is divine judgment. And it’s triggered by one thing: The violation of God’s blood covenant with Israel.

CLUE #1: THE CHURCH IS GONE — THE CRIME SCENE IS EMPTY

Let’s start with the most obvious clue. In Revelation chapters 1-3, the word “Church” (ekklesia) is mentioned 19 times. Nineteen times! But the moment John is called up in the Spirit in Revelation 4:1—”Come up hither,” a picture of the Rapture—the word “Church” completely disappears from the text until Revelation 22.

Do you understand what that means? Chapters 4-18 are about Jacob’s Trouble (Jeremiah 30:7). The Church Age has closed. The Bride has been taken. Now, the focus shifts back to Israel and the unbelieving world.

So when we get to Revelation 6, the Church is already gone. We are investigating the aftermath. The crime scene is empty of believers. They’ve been raptured. And now, the seals are breaking.

CLUE #2: THE WHITE HORSE — THE MAN OF SIN IS REVEALED

Revelation 6:2 — A rider on a white horse, carrying a bow, given a crown, going forth conquering.

Now connect this to 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8. Paul says the “mystery of iniquity” is already at work, but the “man of sin” cannot be revealed until the Restrainer is taken out of the way.

Who is the Restrainer? The Holy Spirit. How is the Holy Spirit currently restraining evil on the earth? Through the indwelling Church. When the Church is raptured, the Restrainer is removed. The global moral floodgates open.

And the first thing that happens? The Antichrist steps onto the world stage with a false peace (the White Horse), a bow (conquest without war, initially), and a crown (diplomatic authority). He offers a solution to the chaos. But it’s a lie.

CLUE #3: THE MARTYRS — WHO ARE THEY IF THE CHURCH IS GONE?

In Revelation 6:9, John sees the souls of those slain for the word of God under the altar. They cry out, “How long, O Lord?”

If the Rapture just happened, who are these people? These are the Tribulation Saints. They are saved during the Tribulation through the preaching of the 144,000 sealed Jewish evangelists (Revelation 7) and the angel flying through heaven with the everlasting gospel (Revelation 14).

Millions will come to Christ during the Tribulation, and millions will be beheaded for refusing the Mark of the Beast. They are crying out for justice. They are the harvest of the most difficult evangelistic period in human history.

CLUE #4: THE GREAT EARTHQUAKE — JERUSALEM TREMBLES

Revelation 6:12 — “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake…”

Now here is where it gets fascinating. Jesus said there would be multiple earthquakes near the end. But is this earthquake mentioned because it’s related to a significant event? Maybe the Rapture? Maybe Ezekiel 38? Maybe both at the same time?

I believe what triggers the Rapture is this: God’s blood covenant with Israel is being violated.

Trembling. Does that sound like an earthquake? Yes. When the nations go too far, when they violate the blood covenant and try to wipe Israel off the map, God intervenes. He catches His Bride (the Rapture), and the sheer weight of His presence—perhaps the physical departure of the Holy Spirit’s manifest glory—causes the earth to tremble.

And right on the heels of this, the geopolitical chaos triggers the Gog and Magog invasion (Ezekiel 38). Look at Ezekiel 38:19-20: “And it shall come to pass at that time… that there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel… And the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall down, and every wall shall fall to the ground.”

The Synthesis: The 6th Seal earthquake could be the cosmic, global culmination of these cascading events. The Rapture triggers the trembling. The trembling creates the geopolitical vacuum. The Antichrist steps in with a “solution” (White Horse). And the invasion of Israel (Ezekiel 38) triggers the mountains falling down. It is a domino effect of divine judgment!

THE VERDICT: THEY LOVED DEATH MORE THAN LIFE

Here is the most terrifying part of this investigation. God is not arbitrarily bringing chaos. He is giving the world exactly what it craves.

Revelation 9:6 — “And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.”

People on the earth love death more than they love life. They embrace chaos. They reject truth. They divide God’s land. They persecute His people. And God says, “Fine. You want death? I’ll give you death. You want chaos? I’ll release the horses.”

The four horses are not random. They are angels being given authority to bring great chaos on the earth (Revelation 6:1-8). And they are getting ready to do just that. Because the blood covenant is violated. Because Jerusalem is trembling. Because the world chose darkness over light.
