“Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.” β€” Proverbs 13:12 (KJV)

🎧 AUDIO NARRATION BY DAVID

Listen to David break down Proverbs 13 and the prophetic signs of our times.

🚨 What is happening on social media right now is not just noise. It is prophecy fulfilling itself in real time. This is David Brooks of Divine Timing. Thanks for checking in with me. Ah, yes. We have a lot to dive into today. Before I get started, if you like my content, be sure to tap on the subscribe button. I will never ask for donations. This is not a game of click baiting. What this is about is a watchful eye for the Lord’s return of His Church and to do our best to stay razor sharp while we wait. Because I assure you, as God’s word is real, He IS coming! I need you to listen closely today.

Because what is happening on social media right now is not just noise. It is prophecy fulfilling itself in real time.

Open your Bibles to Proverbs chapter 13, verse 16. Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, wrote these words thousands of years ago. And they are landing with surgical precision in our generation.

“Every prudent man dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open his folly.”

Read that again. Let it sink in.

A fool layeth open his folly.

If I was to just choose one prime example and there are many, I think about mayor Mandani of new york. The socialist Muslim who was somehow elected and now we’re finding out that a lot of the votes were fraudulent. He single-handedly ruining New York and pushing the islamist agenda. Rich New Yorkers are leaving by the drones. Meanwhile the mayor made these bold claims recently that if Benjamin netanyahu shows up in New York he’ll be arrested. Really? By who? We all know that was a lie. It was just to grab attention. And that’s a society that we live in today. Inflammatory statements to get a rise out of us is what’s on the menu before the church age closes.

THE REPROBATE MIND EXPOSED

Brother, sister, look at X. Look at Facebook. Look at the mainstream media. The reprobate mind is no longer hiding. It is exposing itself.

Every angry outburst, every deceptive headline, every attack on biblical truth, every mockery of what is sacred. They think they are winning the narrative. But Scripture tells us they are just accelerating their own exposure.

They are doing the watchman’s job for us.

They are laying open their folly for the entire world to see. And every outburst is just another brick in the road leading to their own judgment.

The rage, the hatred, the mockery of truth, the outright deception. They are literally “laying open their folly” in real time. They think they are winning, but they are just fulfilling prophecy.

THE WATCHMAN’S MANDATE: DEALING WITH KNOWLEDGE

But then Solomon gives us the other side of the equation. The prudent man. The one who dealeth with knowledge.

That is what we are doing here at Divine Timing. We are not reacting with fleshly anger. We are not shouting into the void. We are connecting the dots.

Daniel chapter 8, the Ram and the Goat. The Great Horn waxing great and then being broken. Revelation, the seals, the trumpets, the bowls. We are using the tools of this digital age not for vanity, but to deploy the Sword of the Spirit with precision.

The prudent man does not just shout. He dissects with Scripture.

While the world is losing its mind in emotional outbursts, we are standing firm. We are watching. We are praying. We are preparing.

HOPE DEFERRED: THE CHURCH’S HEART SICKNESS

But I want to talk to your heart for a moment. Because I know what it feels like to watch the news and see the deception.

To see the hatred toward Israel. To see the moral collapse accelerating. To see the midterms approaching and the political chaos intensifying. And yes, it can make the heart sick.

That is Proverbs 13 verse 12. “Hope deferred maketh the heart sick.”

We feel the weight of it. We live in it. But we are not without hope.

BUT WHEN THE DESIRE COMETH: THE TREE OF LIFE

Because the very next phrase says this. “But when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.”

Church, the desire that is coming is the pre-tribulation rapture of the Church.

When the Great Horn is broken, when the trumpet sounds, when the Church is caught up in the twinkling of an eye, that deferred hope will instantly become the tree of life.

We will be gone before the Little Horn confirms the covenant (Daniel 9:27). We will be spared from the wrath to come (1 Thessalonians 1:10, 5:9).

And for those left behind? They will enter the seven year tribulation, where the Second Coming seven years later will be their only remaining hope. But by then, the window of grace will have shifted to Israel and the 144,000.

But right now? Right now is the time of grace. Right now is the day of salvation.

πŸ™ THE ABCs OF SALVATION

If you are not saved, I beg you. Do not wait. The King is coming. And when He comes for His Church, it will be a day of wrath for the world.

  • A β€” ADMIT You’re a Sinner (Romans 3:23)
  • B β€” BELIEVE Jesus Died and Rose (Romans 5:8)
  • C β€” CONFESS Him as Lord (Romans 10:9)

Pray this from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I admit I’m a sinner. I believe You died for me and rose again. I confess You as my Lord. Save me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
