How European Powers Expand to Ten Nations, the Board of Peace Emerges, and the Antichrist Takes Control – Part 2 of 2

April 1, 2026 – Yesterday, we exposed Revelation 17:16 shadows of that future event developing in real time – the beast hating the whore. (Or Harlot), depending on what translation you are using).
European nations (France, UK, Spain) are raging against America. Trump responded: “USA won’t be there to help you anymore.” NATO is fracturing in real-time.
But today, we go deeper.
What rises when the great horn breaks? (Note: Daniel 8:8)
How do the four notables (4 nations) expand to ten horns? (10 nations)? What is the “one hour” transfer of power? Where does the little horn (Antichrist) emerge? And why the Rapture COULD happen before the horn breaks?

🔥 The Four Notables Become Ten Horns
Remember Daniel 8:8 from yesterday:
“Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.”
The Four Notables (Emerging NOW):
- France (Macron) – Western Europe, peace broker positioning
- United Kingdom – Northern Europe, post-Brexit independence
- Spain – Southern Europe, Mediterranean power
- Germany – Central/Eastern Europe, economic powerhouse
How Four Become Ten:
The four notables are the CORE. They expand to ten through:
✅ EU Defense Integration – PESCO framework already includes 25+ nations, but ten will form the inner circle ✅ Mediterranean Union – France pushing renewed Mediterranean partnership (potentially 10 nations) ✅ UN Security Council Reform – Discussions about expanding permanent seats (France, Britain already members; could add Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.) ✅ European Political Community – 44 nations invited to inaugural summit (2022), but ten will hold real power
The Ten Horns (Daniel 7:7, 24):
“After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly… and it had ten horns… I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn…” (Daniel 7:7-8, 24, KJV)
The ten horns are ten kings/kingdoms that: ✅ Receive power “one hour” (sudden, coordinated) ✅ Have “one mind” (unified purpose) ✅ Give their power to the beast (Antichrist) ✅ Rise from the fourth beast (European/revived Roman Empire)
Possible Ten Nations:
- France
- Germany
- United Kingdom
- Italy
- Spain
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Poland
- Sweden/Norway (Scandinavia)
- Switzerland/Austria (neutral powers)
This isn’t speculation. This is geopolitical trajectory meeting prophetic pattern.
⏰ The “One Hour” Transfer of Power
Revelation 17:12-13 reveals something CRITICAL:
“And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.”
What Does “One Hour” Mean?
The Greek phrase is μίαν ὥραν (mian horan), which can mean:
✅ Literal short time – Sudden, unexpected transfer (hours/days) ✅ Prophetic timeframe – Appointed moment in God’s calendar ✅ Figurative urgency – Critical, decisive moment
What Could Trigger the “One Hour”?
Scenario A: Major Crisis ✅ Middle East escalation requiring unified European response ✅ Energy collapse (Strait of Hormuz fully blocked) ✅ Refugee/migration emergency overwhelming borders ✅ Economic crisis (dollar collapse, euro rises)
Scenario B: Diplomatic Summit ✅ Emergency European Council meeting ✅ Treaty signing that consolidates power ✅ UN Security Council restructuring ✅ “Board of Peace” formation (more on this below)
Scenario C: Supernatural Event ✅ False rapture/deception ✅ Miraculous sign (Antichrist’s fake resurrection?) ✅ Divine judgment that drives nations to unite
My conviction: The “one hour” will be a coordinated policy announcement or treaty signing that suddenly transfers authority from ten nations to ONE leader (the beast/Antichrist).
It won’t be gradual. It will be SUDDEN.
️ The Board of Peace: Where the Little Horn Rises
Here’s a critical insight most prophecy teachers miss:
The little horn doesn’t rise from nowhere. He emerges FROM AMONG the ten horns.
Daniel 7:8 says:
“I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots…”
The “Board of Peace” Concept:
As the Abraham Accords expand, there will likely be a governing council to oversee the peace framework:
✅ US-led track (Trump, Saudi Arabia, Israel) – Initial phase ✅ European-led track (France, Germany, Britain, EU) – Parallel phase ✅ International track (UN, Mediterranean Union) – Oversight phase
One of these tracks becomes the “Board of Peace.”
And FROM THIS BOARD, the little horn emerges.
Why France/Macron Is a Leading Candidate:
✅ Peace broker positioning – Macron has separate Middle East peace plan apart from Trump’s Abraham Accords ✅ European defense autonomy – Pushing EU independence from US/NATO ✅ UN Security Council role – France is permanent member, can leverage international platform ✅ Initially friendly with America – Not hostile, but asserting independence (fits “little horn” rising among, not against initially) ✅ Charismatic leadership style – Can unify diverse European interests
The Three Horns Plucked Up:
Daniel 7:8, 20, 24 mention the little horn removes three of the ten horns to consolidate power.
This could happen through: ✅ Political scandals (removing rival leaders) ✅ Elections (leaders voted out, replaced by allies) ✅ Assassinations (supernatural or natural causes) ✅ Resignations (pressure to step down)
Timing: This likely happens AFTER the covenant confirmation (Daniel 9:27), when the Antichrist reveals his true colors.
🐐 The Great Horn Breaking: What Happens Next?
The Sequence (Recap from Part 1):
- Great Horn Waxing Very Great (America at peak – Iran “out bigly,” Cuba next, Abraham Accords) ✅ NOW
- Great Horn Broken (America’s dominance ends – European nations turn, NATO fractures) ⏳ HAPPENING

✅ NATO fragments – European nations assert independence ✅ Dollar weakened – Euro or basket of currencies rises ✅ UN reforms – Security Council restructuring, “Board of Peace” formed ✅ Middle East peace accelerates – European track takes over from US track ✅ Antichrist emerges – From the Board of Peace, unifies the ten horns
This is NOT random. This is DIVINELY ORCHESTRATED.
⚠️ (Theoretical) The Rapture: could happen BEFORE the Horn Breaks
Here’s the CRITICAL sequence from 2 Thessalonians 2:7:
“For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed…”
The Order:
✅ Restrainer present = Holy Spirit indwelling the Church (NOW) ✅ Restrainer removed = The Rapture ✅ THEN = The Wicked (Little Horn/Antichrist) is revealed ✅ THEN = Covenant confirmed (Daniel 9:27)
Why This Matters:
⚠️ 100% sure: The Rapture happens BEFORE the Little Horn is revealed.
And since the Little Horn rises FROM the ten horns (European powers), and the ten horns emerge AFTER the great horn (America) breaks…
The Rapture likely happens BEFORE or AT THE MOMENT the great horn breaks.
Important Clarification:
The Rapture CAN happen before the horn is broken. But it’s not 100% guaranteed.
Here’s why: ✅ We don’t know the exact timing (Matthew 24:36) ✅ God could allow us to see the horn break as a final warning ✅ The key is: Rapture BEFORE the Little Horn is revealed (2 Thessalonians 2:7)
Your Phase 3 is death or the Rapture – whichever comes first.
Don’t wait for signs. Don’t delay salvation. Don’t put off surrender for “someday.”

And the King? He’s coming SOONER than we think.
Don’t wait. Don’t delay. Don’t put off salvation for “someday.”
🙏 The ABCs of Salvation – How to Be Saved
A – Admit you are a sinner in need of a Savior. “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
B – Believe Jesus died for your sins and rose again. “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
C – Confess Him as Lord and turn from sin. “Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out.” (Acts 3:19)
👉 Pray now: “Lord Jesus, I admit I’m a sinner. I believe You died and rose for me. I confess You as my Lord. Save me, cleanse me, and make me Yours forever. Amen.”
Once you pray, you’re sealed. Not by your promise to God. By God’s promise to you.
