📖 Revelation 17 Connection: America Is the Whore
Turn to Revelation 17:16-17:
“And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.”
The Pattern:
✅ The Whore (Woman) = America – The dominant power that corrupted nations, exported apostasy, and rode the beast ✅ The Beast = European powers/EU – Revived Roman Empire, ten-horned kingdom ✅ The Ten Horns = European nations – France, UK, Spain, Germany, etc., giving power to the beast ✅ “These shall hate the whore” = European nations turning against America ✅ “Make her desolate and naked” = Strip away American power, influence, protection ✅ “Eat her flesh, burn with fire” = Complete destruction of American dominance
Why America Fits the “Whore” Description:
Revelation 17:1-6 describes her:
✅ “Sitteth upon many waters” (v.1) = America controls many peoples/nations (NATO, UN, global influence) ✅ “Kings of the earth committed fornication with her” (v.2) = Political leaders worldwide compromised with American values ✅ “Made drunk with the wine of her fornication” (v.2) = Nations intoxicated by American secularism, consumerism, moral compromise ✅ “Arrayed in purple and scarlet, decked with gold” (v.4) = Wealthy beyond measure, religious-political fusion ✅ “Mother of harlots” (v.5) = Source of global apostasy, exporting moral compromise worldwide
America started as a covenant nation. She became spiritually unfaithful. Now the beast she rode is turning on her.

C – Confess Him as Lord and turn from sin. “Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out.” (Acts 3:19)
