Imagine this: UFC Freedom 250 at the White House. The octagon is set up on the South Lawn. Joe Rogan is in the center, microphone in hand. Dana White and President Trump are sitting ringside. Thousands of fans, troops, and patriots are watching.

And then… a 17-year-old shepherd boy walks into the octagon. Unannounced. Uninvited. But with a divine appointment.

Joe Rogan is stunned. The President is shocked. And David, the man after God’s own heart, takes the microphone and begins to speak.

This is not just a story. This is a message for our time.

THE DIVINE APPOINTMENT

David wasn’t supposed to be there. He was just bringing lunch to his brothers on the battle line. But when he saw the Philistine giant mocking the armies of the living God, something stirred in his spirit.

Nine feet tall. Armed with spear and sword. A servant carrying his battle armor. And this giant wouldn’t shut up. Constantly mocking. Constantly challenging. Constantly defying the God of Israel.

David asked his brothers, “Why is everybody putting up with this? Why doesn’t somebody go over there and shut that big mouth up?”

They mocked him. They told him to go back to taking care of sheep. But David knew something they didn’t know: the battle belongs to the Lord.

THE UFC TRAINING FACILITY: LIONS AND BEARS

Seventeen years old. Taking care of his father’s sheep and goats. But this wasn’t just a quiet pastoral life. This was David’s UFC training facility.

When a lion came to attack the sheep, David fought it. When a bear came to devour the flock, David killed it. Hand-to-hand combat. Life or death. No referees. No rules. Just a young shepherd boy and the God of Israel.

But here’s the key: David had the best coach that there ever has been or ever will be. God Himself.

Because God had plans for David. Plans to defend the nation of Israel. Plans to establish a blood covenant with Abraham that can never be broken. Plans to make David a king after His own heart.

I think Dana White, Donald Trump, and the UFC fighters know what that’s all about. That natural gift for combat. That divine calling. That unstoppable force when God is with you.

FIVE SMOOTH STONES: ONLY ONE NEEDED

King Saul tried to put his battle armor on David. Too heavy. Too cumbersome. Not what David needed.

David was fast. Nimble. Accurate. He had a natural gift for combat, but more importantly, he had divine empowerment.

He told the king, “Please let me do it my way, and I’ll take care of this man for you.”

David selected five smooth stones out of the river. He only needed one stone to kill this giant. But just in case Goliath’s four brothers decided to take him on, he was ready to sink a rock into their foreheads also.

When Goliath saw David, he became insulted. “Has Israel brought out a dog to challenge me?” he mocked. “Come here, and I will feed your flesh to the birds.”

But David’s response? Pure gold. “You come at me with sword and spear, but I come at you in the name of the Lord!”

ONE SWING: THE GIANT FELL

As Goliath advanced, David pulled the rock out of his bag, put it into the sling, and ran toward the giant.

With one swing, the rock sunk into Goliath’s head, and he fell face down on the battlefield.

David then took Goliath’s own sword and removed his head. Immediately, the Philistines ran. The giant was dead. The battle was won. And all Israel knew: this young man was chosen by God.

It almost reminds me of your country, America. A nation with two parties. One very boastful and loud and insulting. The other standing up for what’s right. But here’s the most important thing that I need to tell you in this story.

THE TRUE KING OF KINGS IS COMING

The one who selected me was not a man. Rather, God Himself. The True King of Kings who is coming back to this earth to rule in Jerusalem forever.

I’m at your White House, speaking in front of your king, or your president. I too will come back as a king, serving under my Lord.

The question is for the audience tonight: are you ready to meet Him?

I am David the shepherd boy. I stepped out of eternity for a few moments to give you this message, and now I have to go back.
